vpopmail and the primary domain

Hello; on qmail smtpd + vpopmail i have set up two virtual domains; the
mails sent to the second arrive right in the
/home/vpopmail/domains/domain2.net, but the mail sent to the first (the
domain i installed the server) continue arriving in the
/home/user/Maildir and not in the virtual domain... how can i tell
qmail to receive also the PRIMARY domain in the virtual domain?
