using mailfilter

Hello,
Is anyone using the mail filter (filter.html in /usr/local/share/sqwebmail) 
and have it working? It is showing up when using webmail, but the actual 
filtering doesn't seem to. The mailfilter says you must install maildrop, 
which I have done. 

What is the secret to get this working?
