it is timing out on the hardtimeout even if i'm active into the last minute.
what i expect:
the hardtimeout expiration to be extended from my last activity.
it seems odd that i'm kicked out at a fix interval even though i might be actively using the mail.

--enable-hardtimeout=14400 (4 hrs)
--enable-softtimeout=1200 (20 min)

Umm... I'm not sure I can answer this, but I bet the following info would be helpful to someone else:
1) What do you expect it to do?
2) What does it actually do that's different?
