I've following problem:
When I visit http://sebastian-ams.dyndns.org/cgi-bin/sqwebmail from the internet all Images are missing,
but when I visit the same URL vom the Intranet all Images are available.
How can i fix it ?

All of your images on the login page appear to be fine from out here on the internet.
Perhaps you found an answer?
