unfortunately this doesn't work on jessie because dpkg-buildpackage doesn't
have --no-sign support:
```
make deb
make -C src/ deb
make[1]: Entering directory 'kamailio/src'
(cd ..; \
if [ -d debian ]; then \
dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot -tc --no-sign; \
rm debian; \
else \
ln -s pkg/kamailio/deb/debian debian; \
dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot -tc --no-sign; \
rm debian; \
fi)
dpkg-buildpackage: unknown option or argument --no-sign
```
IMHO you should use -us or --unsigned-source
