Take a look at the new param:
https://kamailio.org/docs/modules/5.3.x/modules/dispatcher.html#dispatcher.p.xavp_dst
Up to version 5.2, regular AVPs were used, but starting with version 5.3
the regular AVPs were replaced by an XAVP.
