```
export LIBDIR ?= lib/$(DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH)
```
Happens after:
```
export LIBSSL_STATIC_SRCPATH=/usr/$(LIBDIR)
```
So when ``LIBSSL_STATIC_SRCPATH`` is set, ``LIBDIR`` contains a value from
someplace else.
