Do not understand the issue.
Are you looking for `nats` module for Kamailio on Alpine dist?
If yes, then to port [`nats.c`](https://github.com/nats-io/nats.c) libtary to
Alpine dist.
For now, I see only
[`nats-server`](https://pkgs.alpinelinux.org/packages?name=nats*&branch=edge&repo=&arch=x86_64&origin=&flagged=&maintainer=)
present only for Alpine dist.
Could you package `nats.c` for Alpine dist?
