### Description

When erasing From/To username using
`uac_replace_xxx("", "URI");`
or
`$fU = ""`

If original URI is enclosed in `<>` brackets, extra space is added to the 
header, like
`From: AAA <sip:example.com:5060>` -> `From:  <sip:example.com:5060>` (note the 
2 spaces)

This is not happening in a case of non-enclosed URI's (means without username 
part)

### Possible Solutions

It's not an error per se, but might be a small improvement.
