[sr-dev] missing core features

Hi!

Kamailio allows to set the Server: and User-Agent: header in 
configuration script.

AFAIS this is not possible in sip-router.

In Kamailio we have the parameters:
  user_agent_header and
  server_header

I thought about copy/paste from Kamailio, but I think this is not 
possible as core is BSD now, not GPL anymore?
