The updates to the readme have to be done xml docbook files located in modules/db_cluster/doc/. Generating the readme is via: <code>make modules-readme modules=modules/db_cluster</code> If you don't have the tools installed, we can generate the readme. But the patch has to be with the changes to the docbook files.
