No there is no variable defined like this.
Btw readline could be found in `/usr/local/include/readline/readline.h`:
```
find / -name "*readline.h"
/usr/include/edit/readline/readline.h
/usr/local/include/editline/readline.h
/usr/local/include/readline/readline.h
```
