Thank you for your hint, it took me to the right solution :)
basically the json doc was wrongly specified
before:
'{"jsonrpc": "2.0", "method": "htable.reload", "id":"htable"}'
now:
'{"jsonrpc": "2.0", "method": "htable.reload", "params" : {"htable":
"htable"}, "id": 1}'
