Hello,

not all the modules are packaged on a distro because they may depend on
libraries not available in that distro.

It is also the case here, the stirshaken module depends on
libstirshaken, which is not available on debian.

Same is with secsipid module, which also offers STIR/SHAKEN features, it
depends on libsecsipid.

Victor Seva started packaging libsecsipid, might become available in the
next Debian stable (11), although it might be an older version that
latest libsecsipid -- probably some backports can be done once Debian 11
is release, not it is in hard freeze, afaik.

Practically, in this case you have to compile it yourself, or make a
build system to create the debs by yourself (e.g., using docker).
