Again, not super skilled yet with Kamailio/RTPEngine, but my first instinct is: 
"why you are advertising myproxyname.domain.net which is possibly a public IP". 
Your entire setup is in your LAN so you don't need to advertise any public IP. 
Look forward to others contributing and clarifying that
