I plan to start the packaging after 12:00GMT today, if anyone want to
commit afterwards in git branch 3.2, please write first to sr-dev
mailing list to avoid conflicts. After the announcement of the release,
commits can be done as needed.

am thinking of releasing v3.2.3 sometime next week, maybe Wednesday
or Thursday. If there are patches in master branch to be backported
