No no you've to edit you scripts...
For example....in a failure_route:

if (t_check_status("408")) {
#!ifdef WITH_ACCOUNTING                                   
                setflag(FLT_ACCFAILED);
#!endif
}

In this way you can "log" a call missed for timeout.
