*Candidates have to have worked on a CRM implementation in a wholesale banking environment and have previous agile methodology experience.* *Position: Business Analyst Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: 6+ months Contract* *REQUIRED SKILLS:* The senior business consultant role in Charlotte, NC for 6+ months. this Person will play a critical part in successfully delivering a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution and related tool changes and rollouts. The ideal candidate has developed a solid understanding of Wholesale Banking (Commercial, Corporate, Global Financial Institutions) and understands the business challenges and opportunities a Relationship Manager faces. The candidate has familiarity with systems development processes and the technical aspects of information systems. *The senior business consultant should be able to perform any of the following activities:* - Primary responsibility is successful delivery of business team deliverables throughout the SDLC for assigned areas of CRM solution. Activities span Process Definition, Business Requirements Definition, Data Conversion Requirements , Functional Design Review, User Feedback Sessions and Iterations, Testing, Conversion, Deployment and Support - Develop use cases/stories and related business requirements. - Regularly meet with the user community to validate and refine use cases and requirements. - Conduct workshops with prototype, iterative development releases to elicit user feedback. - Communicate process and functional requirements to other work teams (QA, Change Management, Technology) - Manage issues associated with project requirements, design conflicts and change management *Skills and Knowledge:* - 5 to 7 years experience in a business hybrid analyst roles - 3 to 5 years experience working with clients to gain process understanding and elicit requirements - Ability to work creatively, analytically and independently in a dynamic environment * Prefer experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM * Previous consulting experience desired *Qualifications:* Bachelors or Masters Degree -------------------- Thanks & Regards Albert Connell Sr.Technical Recruiter CAT Technology Inc “Committed to Human Excellence through IT” Hasbrouck Heights, NJ.
