*Location:* Bend, OR *Duration*: 6+ Months ** *Job Description:* Responsible for identifying and driving product/service improvements that result in reduced Incident Rates, Average Handle Time/Minutes per Incident, and improved Customer, Partner and Support experience. Lead or participate in virtual teams to apply business intelligence expertise and critical analysis skills to identify the top problem areas or issues, and create compelling business cases for prioritizing responses to these issues Identify and drive changes into future product releases early in the product life cycle that will have a broad positive impact on the product's supportability.
