Excellent written and verbal communications skills. *Roles & Responsibilities: *To identify, gather, manage and analyze the user requirements Document the end-user needs in an appropriate manner by specifying and elaborating them in functional document Act as and intermediary between the client and the development team to bridge the gap between them. Regular interactions with the client and developers in order to make sure that user requirements and expectations are clearly understood. Developing strategy documents in respect of testing, data conversion and implementation of the project Tests the products to validate whether the requirements have been met. Monitor QA & user acceptance testing and responses to problems * * *Nice to have Requirements: *Business Process Engineering experience with Contracts Management applications. *Skills on Priority (Rating): *MBA in Insurance or Bachelor degree with certification in Insurance e.g. LOMA and /or IIA fellow / associate. Minimum 6-8 years of experience in insurance domain with IT industry. Prefer to have good knowledge and experience in group insurance. Minimum 3 years experience in coordinating and/supporting IT business processes. Person should have Strong Written and Verbal communication and should be customer oriented and customer friendly Relevant Exp.
