Duration : 6+ months Contract..* *Need a solid Business Analyst (i e. about 5 years of experience) with VERY HIGH preference for someone with experience (i e. 5 years) with Payroll / HR / Benefits systems and process (knowledge of SAP HR / HCM is a plus --- NOT a SAP Functional resource) ..* Specific skills include:.. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Architect with the following skills/experience: .. 1) Strong BA skills including: a) Defines Business Needs b) Strong Elicitation capability c) Gathering business requirements d) Building business cases e) Developing functional specs f) Developing business rules . 2) Excellent experience working with business executives and managers (preferably with HR) . 3) Provides functional specifications to technical resources. 4) Understands, document and improves business processes (using MS Word, Excel and Visio for documentation) . 5) Produce Visio diagrams to communicate processes, data flows and requirements to business and IT. 6) Develops business cases and RFI/RFPs (provide some of this detail in the resume) . 7) Looking for a person that relates to business issues more than very technical issues. 8) Candidate will have strong methodology experience ---- company has started following a home-grown methodology but is very much in trial and transition with it...
