Job : QA Tester w/ Scrum and Selenium exp
Location : Scottsdale, AZ
Duration : Long Term
Keys here are with Scrum experience and Selenium. Pretty much must be local
to Phoenix area
SKILLS, EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
a.. Bachelors degree in CIS or Business or equivalent experience
b.. 3+ years testing experience required
c.. Prior experience working in an Agile (Scrum) development environment
d.. Familiarity with Selenium or similar automated test tool
e.. Familiarity with computer operating systems such as UNIX, LINUX and
Windows.
f.. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, to include Word, Excel and
Microsoft Project
g.. General understanding of basic database structure concepts
h.. Familiarity with standard reservations or hotel operating procedures
i.. Prior experience with a Choice Hotels software package is desirable
j.. Prior experience in a software design and/or testing environment is
desirable
k.. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
l.. Ability and initiative to work independently
m.. Strong written and oral communications skills
n.. Strong organizational skills
o.. Inquisitive and analytical
p.. Unwavering attention to detail
q.. Must be able to uphold Choice's Values & Performance Principles of

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
a.. Willingness and ability to work long or late hours, based on business
