We are looking for Technical Recruiter position at Hyderabad. *Job Description* The ideal candidate shall have a strong experience as a Technical Recruiter to recruit Engineering and IT talent, through job boards and vendor partnerships in a consulting company. Should be required to work closely with our sales team in understanding the requirements, search the candidates, negotiating the rates with the candidates, coordinate interviews, and any other assistance needed for a successful start and completion of the project. *Responsibilities :* * * *Scope of Work:* We are looking for a recruiter who has experience in both sales and requirements. *Job Description:* • At least 6-12 months of experience is required. *The responsibilities include but not limited to the following:* • Full cycle Recruitment: Sourcing, Screening, Interview scheduling, follow up, opening and closing positions on job boards, resume formats, status reports, offers and negotiations, references and background checks • Must have prior experience in hiring US Citizens, Permanent Residents and H1-B professionals nationwide • Must have an understanding of different Time-Zones, Technical Skills, current and upcoming Versions • Must be able to shortlist experts on a quick turnaround time and meet the deadlines • Must have experience working with direct clients and prime vendors • Must bring prior expertise on corp-corp consulting, 1099 & W-2 contracts and Permanent placements • Must be team oriented; willing to learn and share knowledge and experience • Must be able to handle complexities ethically and communicate with management; • Must have excellent verbal and written skills. • Must be a go-getter and able to succeed in targets.
