*****LOCALS PREFERRED…….F2F INTERVIEW MUST……..* *Job Description:* • Evaluate and implement J2EE requests for the Treasury Systems Global Securitization application suite through all stages of the development. • The available position involves various aspects of business analysis, development and support with a focus on application development: architecture design, coding, and all forms of testing (unit, peer, integration, and Regression testing) the applications. • It may also include interacting with key Treasury securitization and funding analysts globally to understand business requirements and determine the best implementation solution. • Application support may include assisting the business customer with application questions, issues and duty analyst coverage (pager coverage) and looking for application process improvements. • These applications allow the Treasury business team to decision projects that securitize company assets, producing a significant source of funds for company operations. *Skills Required:* • Strong J2EE development skills, including Java, HTML, XML, and server side Java-based development • Strong experience with WebLogic, ANT, and Java-based IDE • Strong knowledge and experience with Sun Solaris UNIX and W2K Operating Systems, RDBMS, object oriented design methodology, and the MS Office 2003/2010 product suite • Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities - Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and take initiative when solving unexpected problems • Must have the ability to bring technical experience together with business knowledge • Ability to deliver under pressure *Experience Required:* • All stages of system development life cycle with strong focus on systems design, programming and testing • 5+ years of progressive responsibilities in IT with at least 4 years experience in mainstream development environments • 4+ years experience in JAVA-related technologies • A thorough understanding of current system environments, their main features, limitations and performance characteristics *Skills Preferred:* • Solid foundation in Ford and Ford Credit programming standards, toolsets and methodologies • Knowledge of the Ford Credit business, specifically Treasury, Accounting and/or the receivable systems (e.g. LA) • Experience with a RUP methodology • Familiarity with PVCS or another code management product Please email your MS Word resume to [email protected] and include the completed skills-matrix in the body of your email.
