We have to show how the candidate meets each mandatory requirement in the proposal. * * * *Mandatory Qualifications: * 1. At least five (5) years experience designing application availability architecture for medium to large enterprises; 2. At least three (3) years experience designing architecture for mission critical applications implemented within a multiple datacenter environment; 3. At least five (5) years experience working with Oracle business applications and technologies (e.g., Oracle E-Business suite, Oracle Identity and Access Management, Oracle Application Server, Oracle Service Bus, Oracle SOA suite, etc.); 4. At least five (5) years experience performing application architecture and development services in a lead capacity; 5. At least six (6) years Database Administration (DBA) experience with Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC), Oracle Data Guard, and Oracle Database (DB), version 10g and version 11g; 6. At least three (3) years experience developing Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies, processes, procedures and standards; 7. Knowledge of and experience developing storage requirements, replication and standard practices; 8. Experience producing requirements documents, system architectures, application architectures, data models, system interfaces, configuration management documents, and procedural manuals; 9. Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing complex applications with multiple components and interfaces; 10. Ability to monitor and maintain normal functioning of various components within an application stack (e.g., database, presentation layer portals, interfaces, etc.); 11. Knowledge and experience overseeing technical portions of entire System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure architecture compliance, timely issue resolution(s), and deliverable performance. *Desirable Qualifications: * 1. Application Availability, Disaster Recovery, Oracle technology, Orion Concerto, Initiate EMPI and/or other related Information Technology (IT) career certifications; 2. Experience with CPHCS’ CDR implementation or related project(s); 3. Ability to analyze business requirements as the basis to define technical requirements for solution capabilities; 4. Strong analytical skills to assess current application and database architecture, and identify improvement opportunities; 5. Advanced architecture development skills; 6. Service-oriented Architecture (SOA) development expertise within an enterprise IT environment; 7. Experience performing as lead Solution Architect or Technical Project Manager for complex IT projects; 8. Experience in a health care IT environment; 9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; 10. Experience with projects supporting correctional environments and processes; and 11. Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
