REQUIRED: KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES / EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION Ø At least five years experience with Microsoft Development platform, as well as extensive experience with BizTalk Server Architecture, Design, and Development Ø A successful track record of implementing BTS solutions, and deep understanding of implementing BTS in EAI scenarios Ø Must be familiar with Enterprise Integration Patterns required for successful implement of integration solutions Ø Experience in implementing BizTalk Solutions utilizing Mappings, Pipelines, and functoids Ø Experience in defining complex schemas and creating complex mappings Ø Experience in creating highly available and scalable BizTalk solution in large scale environments (multi-user, multi-platform, multi-site, etc.) Ø Experience with operational aspects of BTS - Activity Tracking, Message Tracking, Monitoring, etc. Ø Proficient in SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) and real world experience in implementing SOA within an enterprise Ø Excellent oral and written communication skills Ø Ability to work with a high degree of independence Ø Proficiency in full software development lifecycle Ø Ability to prioritize tasks and remain in sync with team plans
