*Job Description:* • Overall IT experience: at least 3 years • Strong experience with Ab-initio and data warehousing - at least 2 years • Strong administrative experience with installation, configuration, migration, administration and troubleshooting of AI installation - at least 1 year • Strong in unix including unix administrative concepts like performance monitoring for memory, cpu, disk space, etc • Strong unix scripting experience. • Ability to multitask (work on multiple requests / projects) with minimal supervision. • Self-driven, ability to manage / prioritize on a day-to-day basis and escalating only appropriate conflicts to management. *Desired Skills:* • Knowledge of Netizza • Familiarity with popular databases - ORACLE, SYBASE. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (needs to play a lead / mentor role). • Familiarity with SDLC process.
