Let me know if you have any consultants with the following skills 50 C2C MO Role Description: Change Coordinator . Work with Enterprise Change Management group and gain expertise in the governing policies . Point of contact for Change Management process Knowledge Base assisting with issue resolutions in daily CM activities . Review and approve change requests in accordance with SOX and enterprise policies . Represent Brokeraqe Technology Change Coordinators in a variety of meetings/forums . Effectively communicate the enterprise CM requirements in a logical manner to application Development teams . Gather, analyze, translate and deliver information in clear, concise and meaningful formats based on specific applications' project and/or program requirements and according to established Enterprise Change management standards . Provide input to supported applications, provide administrative and analytic support to the Project/Program Manager . Typically work on Releases, Projects and BAU change needs that are moderately to fairly complex, and are large in size and organizational span. . Manage Release Implementations in the capacity of Release Implementations Facilitator. Ability to facilitate large and complex implementation events involving several application and Tech resource teams and manage pre and post event reporting during extended hours . Communications with the ancillary teams, IT teams and various levels of management . May lead/coordinate a sub team and/or project activities. . May receive general direction from the reporting manager and/or project/program manager . Conduct assessment of existing processes for compliance, improvement and efficiencies . Provide guidance in tool usage and endorse adoption of enhanced processes Specific Qualifications (Optional): Complete fields below that are applicable to your request Responsibilities (Deliverables): Change Coordination including but not limited to - Change Request review and approval, SOX and other compliance adherence, Documentation, Metrics Collection & Reporting, , Facilitating virtual meetings and Release Implementation events List deliverables or activities the resource will be responsible for producing or executing Required Skillset: . At least a Bachelors degree in related field . Eight plus years in IT - preferably Banking industry/ IT Process Engineering or Change Management . Excellent organizational, Analytical and Oral and Written communication skills . Dense understanding of Change Management methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Audit, SOX and OCC compliance requirements . Ability to identify, clarify and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as needed. . Experience in CM tools like Remedy, Planview, etc. . Expertise in SQL Scripting, MS Office suite, SharePoint, Power Point, Visio and Project List skills that are required for the role (i.e. programming languages, databases, tools, competencies) Business Knowledge Needed: Financial Industry (brokerage/Investments and Banking) a big Plus List any business function process knowledge required for the role.
