Position Summary:
Our client is seeking two .Net developer/consultants (one with solid Team
Leadership experience) to work on client projects for a financial company
Job Description:
The position will involve providing technology support to Hedge Fund. The
role will involve interaction with users (traders, operations team etc),
supporting existing applications, bug fixes etc.
Responsibilities:
End to end development of new applications
Support and enhance existing applications
Respond to users’ queries
All other duties as assigned
Key Skills:
Mandatory
Projects in Financial services domain
Experience in application development using C#.NET (windows and web)
Expertise in writing SQL Query
Excellent communication skills; including written and oral. The ability
to communicate with users in comprehensible terms is crucial
Good attitude and willingness to learn and be positive
Prior Experience with hedge fund
Expertise in SSIS/SSRS/MOSS
Knowledge of systems like Sungard VPM, Charles River, Citco Platform
Requirements:
5-10 years of experience in .NET development
Experienced "Hands-on" Team Leader for the Team Lead position.
