Sr Linux Unix Administrator Initially 2-3 Months (May extend) Jersey City, NJ Required: o 6-8years of IT Experience with 6+ years in Unix Administration most specifically with Redhat o Skilled in Redhat Linux 5x, 6x (networking, kernel param & tuning, trouble shooting system ) o Strong technical knowledge in Linux o Some experience with VMWare and Veritas Cluster (VCS) big plus o Good trouble shooting knowledge - OS and Hardware. o Ability to order, configure and install equipment. o Takes Initiative, displays Tenacity and Perseverance, demonstrates Team Work and collaboration, Management Of Time and Priorities, Adaptability, Flexibility. o Self-Driven & Motivated.
