The individual should have solid understanding and experience in database/ application requirement analysis, design and development, creating physical data models, designing relational and dimensional data structures. A solid understanding of all aspects of SDLC and focus on agile/RAD methodology is required to support this job function. Should have experience in architecture in operational and analytical database solutions, data management methodologies, experience with SDLC and deliverables. Logical and Physical Data Modelling experience or understanding will be integral to deliver these. Experience in designing solutions with custom designed ETL using Oracle and/or Teradata is preferred. Aprimo or similar workflow tool knowledge would be a definitive plus.
