*Phone Hire.* *Florida Blue * *BA role open – must have ICD-10 experience. * *Rate is $35/hr * *6 Months* *Jacksonville,FL* * * *Job :* * * We had an interview and almost an offer last week – but the candidate was more of a Systems Analyst, so they need a true BA with ICD-10 (recent) experience. *This could be a quick turnaround.* *ICD-10 Business Analyst.** * *Work with Business Partner and other IT staff to ensure the design accomplishes business requirements *Determine business/technical system /application requirements and identifies impacted areas, systems and processes and evaluates alternative solutions. Facilitate a systematic process for capturing detailed business functional requirements (e.g., via JAR/JAD session) *Work with business/technical partner to capture requirements in a standard format that can serve as the foundation for developing business artifact documentation *Create mapping/design documents that specify the business process rules *Work with Developers and other IT staff to determine system components and functional flow of components and data between components *Verify acceptance testing at the business process level *Work with appropriate parties to complete accurate and thorough user acceptance scenarios on new / upgraded products *Review test results for any system modification *Work problems uncovered in testing back with IT Shared Services team representative *Assesses business processes as business direction changes for impacts to existing designs *Coordinate activities with cross functional team areas on all phases of SDLC *Bachelors degree in Computer Science/ IT or equivalent work experience *5 or more years experience in business analysis, requirements development, or testing roles *Experience with Healthcare business processes *Experience gathering business requirements and turning those requirements into Business Requirements Specifications (BRS) *Experience of System Development Life Cycle and product development *Experience using MS Suite products, flowcharting tools, RequisitePro and Quality Center Business Specific Criteria (Preferred skills): *Experience with HealthCare claims processing *Experience with BlueCard and FEP Regulatory requirements Regards...* *... *?* *K.M.
