Strong foundation in Java, must have basics clear 3. Experience in one of the App-containers e.g. Tomcat 4. Good experience in Java development in either of the areas e.g. middle ware development OR multi processing Or multi threading OR JMS/MQ Series 5. Good hands on design experience 6.
