Position*: Project manager* Location: Ft. This project manager will be responsible for the planning,directing, and coordinating the activities of infrastructure projects. Project manager must function at the highest level in project management – planning, scheduling, and controlling of project activities to meet project objectives(i.e. performance, cost, and time goals while controlling or maintaining the project scope). · The project manager will develop project plans that include management of the following - scope, schedule, resources,risk, change and communication. Identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks using AA ITS System development Life Cycle (SDLC) as well as Agile principles. Coordinate the activities of project personnel, including our managed vendor partners, to ensure that the project is delivered with expected scope, on schedule and within budget. · Must be able to effectively communicating with all levels of management and have the ability to build strong relationships with the AA.com agile project teams, technical staff, managed service providers and other stakeholders · Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. *Skills*** Excellent track record managing IT development projects using Agile methodologies/practices Previous experience with Infrastructure projects as well as cross department integration efforts required. Thorough understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies Must have demonstrated strong oral, written and business communication skills in previous positions The ability to effectively communicate and work with various areas of the organization to accomplish project objectives Certified Agile Scrum Master highly desired Rally, Version One, or comparable Agile Planning tool experience a plus. Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) aspects. Experience coordinating collaboration efforts between service producers and service consumers.
