1. Take over routine programming and process tasks in order to free-up
our internal IT Developers to focus on the complex tasks that require a
deep understanding of the application. Those routine programming and
process tasks include:
a. Nightly batch processing
b. Error checking
c. Process-flow and documentation
d. Reporting
e. Data verification and reconciliation
2. Work alongside IT Developers to supplement current programming
effort. This would be low-level software enhancements (GUI front-end
interfaces, process automation, etc.).
3. Assume more complex tasks as they become proficient within the
environment.
Claims Production support for following activities:
1. EDI Transactions
1.1 HIPAA 5010 transactions
1.1.1 834
1.1.2 835
1.1.3 837
2. Reports
3. Application development using:
3.1 .NET C#
3.2 MS SQL Server: Stored Proc’s, Tables, Indexes, Triggers, SSIS
and SSRS
4. Existing process enhancements (e.g. Process for Medicare secondary
claims)
5. VB6 applications support a plus.
