Mastery over a chosen Mobile phone platform. 2. Ability to understand the complete specification of a mobile phone or a larger solution/ mobile application and suggest the implementation approach. 3. Ability identify the gaps in the mobile phone platform capabilities to realize a given solution and suggest the alternate approaches . *Skill2 - J2ME * Technical Lead: Should be able to design, develop, debug programs independently and mentor others in a J2ME project. Should have knowledge in the following areas- 1) Technologies/protocols like SMS/WAP/GSM Call 2) GPS/Control/Roaming. 3) LBS/PIM/SyncML. 4) SIP, RTP, RTCP. Experience on SQLwith JDBC and APIs. Experience to organize and set up the GUI generation.Experience on event handling and able to debug/review the code developed by junior level resources.
