Position: QA Consultant_F2F_locals only Location:– Boston, MA Duration;- 12+ Months Rate- $41/ hr C2C F2F Must !!!! Locals Only!!! Required Skills: 5+ years of QA Experience Bachelor’s degree with a major in the field of computer science, information science, human services, social work, public administration, or public policy Extensive experience with quality assurance techniques and methodologies: developing test plans; designing, executing and analyzing test cases; writing and interpreting reports; reporting testing status; creating defect and code coverage metrics; and assessing risk Experience with managing the validation of complex business systems Broad knowledge of testing approaches, techniques and tools Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with project managers, software developers, business analysts and contributing staff members. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in project teams, providing relevant quality assurance services to a broad audience Demonstrated ability to efficiently and accurately execute and document tests and capture test results for analysis. Highly analytic and able to independently analyze test results and be confident making decisions and recommendations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Desired Skills and Experience: Must be detail oriented with a proven ability to multitask in a fast moving environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements Strong collaborative and team player nature and ability to understand and negotiate tradeoffs Experience testing large scale applications, particularly a SACWIS or similar systems, a plus.
