Hi, VoIP Engineer
Chevy Chase, MD 6 months Long Term Our direct Fortune 500 client is in need of two (2) IT Systems Engineers with extensive experience with VoIP systems, at their location in Chevy Chase, MD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: - Design, development, implementation and maintenance of VoIP telephony initiatives for the client's contact centers and back office - Experience with VoIP deployments, including understanding the entire call flow for an enterprise and appreciates "big picture" when designing scripting solutions - Provide technical leadership and relevant strategic direction - Interface with business customer and peer IT teams to develop & analyze requirements and solution/system delivery - Develop process and procedures for implementation and operational support of systems - Project management & oversight; perform risk evaluation, issue management, etc. - 24x7 production support & technical support to team and customers Essential Skills: - Hands on scripting experience Cisco tool set including UCCE, Call Manger and CVP - Hands on knowledge of Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE, Unified Communications Manager (UCM) ) - Understanding & experience in implementing, operating, configuring, and troubleshooting a converged IP networks - Extremely effective verbal and written communication skills in order to communicate with all levels of associates and management teams - Understanding of SDLC and CMMI concepts - Proven experience in end-to-end problem determination/troubleshooting system issues - Proficient in MS Office product set: MS Word, Excel, power point, Visio, Project - Proven Project Management experience working on large complicated plan items - Understanding of regional call centers high level business processes a plus: - Understanding of client/server & database/reporting applications, architecture and design - Software Development Life Cycle experience - Project management skills to lead multiple projects across diverse organizations; collaboration with peer IT teams - Experience troubleshooting data networks, solid understanding of networking protocols and LAN/WAN technologies. - Experience in systems and business analysis - Experience finding solutions for complicated problems using data analysis techniques Thanks & Regards, *Sunny Mehta* |*SVS Integration, Inc.*| 2033 Gateway Place, Suite 500 San Jose, CA 95110| *Office*: *408-722-9100 Extn: 113*| *[email protected]*<[email protected]>|*www.svsintegration.com <http://www.svsintegration.com>* | *GTalk:* sunny.recruiter2012 | *Skype:* sunnymehta89| *Yahoo:* sunnymehta89 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SRAOSS REKS" group.
