*Key deliverables (in no particular order) are:*

·         The Voice Services Engineer will be responsible for supporting
Client's Global Telecommunications environment.

·         Candidates should be comfortable working in both telecom
operations and telecom engineering roles with a primary focus on supporting
our day to day operations; responding to tickets, working with our MSPs and
interacting frequently with our desk side group to respond to customer
requests.

·         They must have proven experience with Cisco Call Manager, Cisco
Unity, PRI's, Voice Gateways, and E911 capabilities. CCNA, CCVP is a plus.



*Most important aspects of JD: *

·         3-5 years of Cisco VoIP experience with Cisco Call Manager, Unity
Connection and H.323 Gateways.

·         Telecom Operations and Engineering work in mid-to-enterprise
environments.

·         Familiarity with ticketing systems such as service now, Remedy,
VSM, etc
