CCNA, CCVP is a plus. *Most important aspects of JD: * · 3-5 years of Cisco VoIP experience with Cisco Call Manager, Unity Connection and H.323 Gateways. · Telecom Operations and Engineering work in mid-to-enterprise environments. · Familiarity with ticketing systems such as service now, Remedy, VSM, etc This is with our direct client.
