Overall Objective/Purpose



This position is responsible for managing the strategic business and
technology initiatives and delivery of projects for M&IB Americas by
working with cross functional groups to review current processes and
develop requirements and solutions for compliance with Regulatory
requirements.

*Specific Responsibilities*

ยท         Manage complex requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution
design, operating model, testing, and implementation related project
activities including delivery within the parameters agreed ensuring
adherence to operating model and technical architecture

   - Lead and drive complex, inter-related projects and work streams gap
   analysis, requirements, and solution design activities to deliver within
       the parameters agreed ensuring adherence to operating model and overall
   architecture strategy
   - Provide excellent business analysis expertise and support to the team
   on complex business issues
   - Experience of working with project management methodologies and full
   project lifecycle, risk modelling, change controls, quality frameworks and
   compliance
   - Establish control by ensuring business requirements, dependencies
   between projects are managed and all projects are delivered in line with
   the terms of reference agreed by the project sponsor
   - Responsibility for communicating and sharing knowledge within the
   internal staffs and teams on all aspects of delivering change from
   initiation to implementation, including governance, standards, quality,
    tools and techniques
   - Develop a current and future operating model roadmap for strategic
   change
   - Identify, articulate and where appropriate deliver business process
   efficiencies
   - Ensure projects deliverables adhere to the agreed strategic roadmap
   and regulatory requirements
   - May be requirement to build appropriate consensus with stakeholders
   and Sr. Management and commitment to a clearly articulated vision and to
   recommend broad change where appropriate
   - To provide a broad range of business and system knowledge and
   expertise to the projects
   - Development of project documentation in line with company policy
   - Project Lifecycle - Understanding of key phases of project lifecycle,
   as well as overall objectives and deliverables of each phase
   - Set the strategy, scope and tone for the project
   - Establish and guide the project's organization design
   - Build the business case for the project
   - Assess and identify risks/issues that would impact project delivery
   and escalate them in a timely manner to project / program lead and business
   lead
   - Report progress to project / program leads
   - Provide broad range of business and systems knowledge and expertise
   - Create centre of excellence for training and transferring knowledge to
   other staff members



*Job Qualification / Requirements*

   - Expert in business analysis, gap analysis, and requirements definition
   process ensuring up to date with industry standards and best practice (
   5years + experience)
   - Well rounded knowledge of products and terminology, with experience
   working in Financial Services
   - Proven track record of leading and driving major projects of change
   with the ability to drive projects gap analysis, requirements, and solution
   design throughout the project lifecycle
   - In depth experience / professional qualifications in project
   management methodologies, project lifecycle, risk modelling, change
   controls, quality frameworks and compliance
   - Broad knowledge of risk and finance and ability to look at the big
   picture to develop longer term strategy as required
   - Understanding of Basel III and other US Regulatory rules a plus
   - Understanding of the basics of Stress Testing
   - Detailed understanding of systems, data and business processes
   - Ability to strategize and influence key stakeholders and sponsors
   - Experience of leading, managing and co-ordinating large cross
   functional project teams
   - Ability build consensus, develop and present business case with
   benefit realization
   - Experience of managing multiple projects, priorities, and managing /
   controlling costs to a budget
   - Strategic thinker with track record of developing and implementing
   short and long term business strategies
   - Exceptional communicator and ability to engage and motivate others
