*Job Title:* Java/J2EE Lead with Video domain. *Key skills:* Java development experience / Video domain/ Knowledge in Scrum Master and Agile. *Location: *Philadelphia, PA *Mandatory Skills* *8-12 years of overall experience. Experience in design & development of Java/J2EE applications and development best practices like TDD, Continuous integration, Code quality metrics etc. * Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology is a must. * Very Good understanding of the software delivery processes. * Domain Expertise in Video and / or Video Devices. * Ability/Desire to do SW Development - Experience with video delivery and video devices like STBs, Edge devices, streamers etc. * Ability to act as Lead Engineer for Devices Projects * Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communications with the Scrum team as well as the key stakeholders of the project. * Proven creative problem solver with ability to work in a hyper-changing environment *Preferred Skills* ** Experience using Agile project management tools like Rally etc. * Experience in a client facing role managing Agile project execution, using Scrum. o Understanding of the various roles in a Scrum team. o Experience with conducting Daily Scrums. o Good understanding of the format and purpose of the various Scrum ceremonies. * Experience working with multi-shore teams is a plus. *Project Details* * Multiple projects for the PE Video Device Software Application development. *Job Roles/Responsibilities* ** Work with the project managers / sponsors to understand project scope, drivers for success and the key team members of the delivery team and their roles. * Organize and conduct the various scrum ceremonies. * Coach the Scrum team to understand the processes and Conduct the Daily Scrum. * Maintain the daily updates to the PM tool (Rally). * Track the project progress and provide progress reports to the stakeholders, as appropriate. *Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science graduates with 4-7 years of experience.
