*Tampa, FL * *1+ year project* *Max Rate: $45hr* Must have 2+ years of recent Oracle PL/SQL experience. Responsibilities Architecture, Design, Development of internal applications and utilities Assist developers, analysts and designers in the development and maintenance of software programs and applications. Assist in the preparation and documentation of program requirements and specifications Research and document requirements of program users Consistently write, translate, code and test software programs and applications according to specifications. Assist in the development and maintenance of user manuals and guidelines. Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades. Liaise with network administrators, systems analysts and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems. Provide guidance to junior programmers and research assistants. Collaborate with users and partner teams in testing the product Analyze business processes to recommend operational improvements Conduct business analysis and recommend technical solutions Required Skills 7+ years recent experience using .NET 3.5+ or higher 4+ years' experience with C# and/or VB.NET and used within the last 6 months 4+ years' experience with ASP.NET / IIS and used within the last 6 months 4+ years of SQL and used within the last 6 months within an Oracle/MS SQL Server environment 1+ years with XML and used within the last 2 years Experience with TFS Communication Skills - Able to deliver concise, thorough communication at all appropriate levels.
