Responsibilities · Perform the business analyst function in support of the implementation of automated workflows for information security processes, including security incident management, compliance, vendor risk management, and others as identified in the future, using a COTS IT GRC tool (RSAM). · conduct business analysis, identifying requirements, developing test plans, and conducting testing. Facilitate and lead requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders as needed. Create Use Cases, identify and document business and system requirements, Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Cases and Operational procedures and plans. Develop and conduct user training as necessary. · Perform the Project Manager role by working with the team to develop the project plan.
