Hi, HR Reporting/Business Analyst
Chicago, IL 6+months Only GC, Citizens and EAD GC Rate: $50/hr on c2c all inclusive Job Description This is a 6 month contract with potential to hire for an HR Reporting/Business Analyst in the Deerfield, IL area. Client has several projects ongoing within HR and a has additional need for support for a Reporting/Business Analyst. This individual will need to understand the HR world and have a good mix of technical and functional knowledge. For example, if someone in HR would like a field in an application moved or edited, this individual would have to gather that requirement and also interact with IT. This group also handles data integrity - especially as it relates to new data coming in. For example, they are currently dealing with the HR/data implications of a recent acquisition that the company made. He/she will also be creating/designing reports for HR using Business Objects (this experience is ideal). They will have to know how to create ad-hoc reports using a tool like BO or something similar. This reports directly to the HRIS Reporting and Analytics Manager and will primarily interact with resources in HR and IT. Experience required: 3 years or more experience with Reporting and/or Business Analysis Experience in a large enterprise environment is preferred HR experience is highly preferred as there will not be much ramp-up time Experience with Business Objects or other reporting tools is required Experience creating reports per requirements gathered Experience interfacing with technical teams required Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required Ability to work independently is very important Excellent communication skills - can interface with all levels of management *Thanks & Regards* Sunny Mehta Sage Group Consulting Inc.
