*EXPERIENCE : *7+ yrs *VISA : Citizens* / *Green Card Preferred* *TAX TERMS* : w2 / 1099 only *LOCATION : *Stafford, TX (*local only*) *HOURLY RATE : *Market Rate *INTERVIEW : *Telephonic & Skype *AVAILABILITY : *2 weeks *DURATION : *7 Months *PURPOSE* Under minimal supervision, with wide latitude for independent judgment, perform complex analysis of business goals, objectives and needs and of the general business environment. Maintain configuration of reporting and fulfillment tools for assigned clients. *RESPONSIBILITIES:* 1. Perform complex analysis of business and user needs. 2. Requirements gathering, maintenance, traceability through testing. 3. Assist management with the planning and design of business processes and systems. 4. Make recommendations and changes in order to improve and support business activities. 5. Utilize systems and data to resolve complex business issues. 6. Interact with different client groups to provide analytical support. 7. Perform testing and document changes. Write user documentation as needed. 8. Provide mentoring and coaching to other business analysts. *REQUIREMENTS:* Education Required * Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent. *DESIRED EXPERIENCE:* Ø Minimum of five years of financial service industry experience and knowledge. Ø Project management experience a plus. Skills and Knowledge Required. Ø Excellent knowledge of company business procedures and objectives. Ø Excellent writing, editing, communications, organizational, and decision making skills. Ø Extensive knowledge of PC and various software applications. Ø Working Conditions General office environment.
