(NOT a Systems or Enterprise Architect)* The Solutions Architect role is a technical leadership position that requires strong application design / development skills and excellent communication skills • Five or more years’ experience in IT, with three or more years of Solution architecture or technical leadership experience. • Process design or optimization background or general business architecture background • Experience with all aspects of application development from idea development, planning and cost estimation through requirements, design, development, testing, implementation and production. • Proficiency in designing and developing complex IT systems and assessing and evaluating alternative solutions. • Strong interpersonal skills.
