*Job Title:* Solution Architect *Location:* Columbus, OH *Duration:* Onsite 12-18 Months *Interview:* Telephonic / Skype *Job Description: * Summary: The Solution Architect is responsible for the overall technical design and build of the detailed elements of an environment in preparation for a datacenter migration. The Solution Architect works as a team member along with the project manager, release manager, development team, and Implementation team to deliver the complete solution for the customer. Responsibilities: § Gather technical details related to an existing environment including server, application, network, and database infrastructure details § Produce a technical configuration workbook for application, server, and database integration requirements § Participate and lead, when needed, the project meetings with the migration team § Oversee the implementation and quality assurance efforts for infrastructure builds § Manage multiple infrastructure designs and migration activities to meet project and customer required time lines. Preferred Skills / Experience Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in executing datacenter migrations and/or de-mergers and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a large customer base. Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to design and implement a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities.
