Kindly send me the resumes if you have a right resource towards below position *Position : QA Lead ( Pure banking / Financial Background )* *Location : Minneapolis, MN* *Duration : 12 months* *Rate : $55/hr all incl* SUMMARY: We are implementing a centralized money movement platform which is a system that operations group will use to move money from one account to another. Implementation Releases of new Money Movement platform. Any Enterprise Money Movement implementation or Enterprise Money Movement software implementation would be nice. There are other companies in the industry that have “overhauled” their organizational money movement, so it’s not an impossible find. Would like to see experience in writing implementation scripts and working with various business groups to validate implementation. REQUIREMENTS: · Analyst must have extensive experience with project and software implementation. · Extensive experience in a Lead Analyst role · CRITICAL: Analyst must have extensive experience with project and software implementation to Field and Operations users. · Extensive experience with implementation planning and implementation execution. · Extensive experience with creating test plans, test scripts and executing test cases. · Prior client experience is preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Contribute to project plan, detailing analysis tasks in the plan. · Contribute to implementation planning and post-implementation tracking. · Plan and Lead analyst implementation activities for multiple releases · Successfully manage relationships with vendors and other internal and external partners. · Re-engineer / document new internal operations processes and procedures through process flow diagrams, use cases. · Execute test plans and test cases on a scheduled and ad hoc basis. · Provide effective communication on testing status, risks, and defects with Project owners and stakeholders. · Ability to concisely and accurately develop sustained relationships with internal business and technology partners. · Identify business needs or opportunities for improvement through either broad industry knowledge, or detailed knowledge of specific products, services or processes. · Proactively teach others in a specific area of expertise through knowledge sharing and mentorship. · Leverage and contribute to the development of best practices for the Money Movement program. · Perform occasional ad hoc tasks as needed.
