In addition, we are looking for some sort of stability within the contractor framework. In other words, we prefer not to see a majority of short assignments. Please make sure these folks have in-depth Java knowledge and can communicate effectively on their project experience. Requirements: Strong Java EE JPA Tomcat MS SQL / DB2 SQL IIS Spring *Position: 2* *QA manager * *Location: Upper Saddle River , NJ * *1 year * *rate 70 per hour * Please do not send testers , this is high level test manager job , must be well spoken and have a strong ecommerce background must have ecommerce background Ability to speak publicly and knowledgeably about all aspects of Software Quality Assurance Metrics and measurement focused Budget Management and Oversight Project management experience Ability to work with distributed teams and ability to manage teams in India Understands benefits of Testing Center of Excellence application Knowledge of current quality tools and best practices. Innovative, collaborative and ability to get results with minimum oversight Working knowledge of quality assurance practices for ecommerce , web, CRM, ERP, SAP, Infrastructure, etc. Travel 20 to 25% Passion for constant improvement Ability to check ego at the door and get your hands dirty to deliver.
