Location: Boston MA Phone+ Inperson required EAD/GC/Citizens only We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support ongoing agile development projects. We are seeking someone who thrives ina collaborative environment, loves problem solving, and relishes the opportunity to work in a crew of highly skilled technologists in delivering world class solutions for our clients. Essential Functions: · Utilizing an agile development methodology, either act as, or work closely with, the assigned Product Owner to collect and analyze business requirements, write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, and prepare user interface guides and test cases. · Take ownership of the Product backlog and communicate status throughout the project lifecycle · Conduct detailed analysis of large datasets and workflows · Work closely with sales, sales support, clients, and partners to ensure that product designs meets expectations and needs · Transfer knowledge and translate requirements to the technology teams, providing guidance throughout the development cycle of the product and/or project. · Communicate effectively with external clients and internal teams to present and review the product’s progress · Work with the business stakeholders involved in testing, validation and evaluation to collect feedback, identify defects, and recommend product changes · Assist in being “a voice of the customer”, identifying trends in customer requirements, as well as possible · usability gaps, and provide feedback for roadmap consideration Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an business analyst and/or Product Owner role 3. Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in web application development, preferably database-driven, high-volume commercial websites 4. Experience working within an agile development environment (XP or SCRUM), preferably writing epics, 5. user stories, and acceptance criteria 6. Detail oriented and analytical mindset with an ability to gather and interpret relevant data 7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 8. Demonstrated success in working within cross-functional teams to meet aggressive deadlines. 9. Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio 10.
